Terms and Conditions

Article 1 — Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the online store operated by Kyoto Tea Farm KEN (“the Store”).

Article 2 — Eligibility to Purchase
Purchases from this Store are limited to customers aged 18 or older. Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.

Article 3 — Orders and Formation of Contract
A purchase contract is formed when the Store sends an order confirmation email to the customer. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order due to product availability or other circumstances.

Article 4 — Prices and Payment
All displayed prices include consumption tax. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes. Payment must be made using a credit card or another payment method accepted by the Store.

Article 5 — Shipping
All deliveries are subject to our separately published Shipping Policy.

Article 6 — Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are subject to our separately published Return and Refund Policy.

Article 7 — Intellectual Property Rights
All images, written content, logos, and other materials published on this Store are owned by Kyoto Tea Farm KEN or their respective rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use is prohibited.

Article 8 — Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Store shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of its products beyond the liability required by law.

Article 9 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court as the court of first instance.
